Please don’t send your plan’s data or share your spreadsheet with us. We don’t need it, and Ganttmatic is built so that your data never leaves your sheet.

Before you write

Setup stops and names a tab

Your sheet already has a tab with the same name as one of Ganttmatic’s six tabs, say “Tasks”, and it isn’t a Ganttmatic tab. Ganttmatic won’t touch it. Rename that tab (double-click its name at the bottom of the sheet) and click Check again, or use a blank spreadsheet.

A teammate can’t open Ganttmatic

Add-ons need edit access to the spreadsheet. People with view-only access can’t use them, so send them a PDF (Export PDF in Ganttmatic).

Ganttmatic isn’t in the Extensions menu on a work or school account

Your administrator may need to allow the add-on first.

Starting, copying or switching roadmaps

These are done by Google Sheets itself. See Everyday tasks, done the Sheets way.
